Why do I never get replies on my emails?
On GFY I most of the time dont 'read good stories about this either. I really don't understand why a company does this. What about attracting more employees? :mad: |
yeah same here if i get emails it takes them ages. the best way is to post on GFY to get their attention or contact keyser! the best they have so far

Don't think they need MORE employees, they need BETTER support employees... When I had an issue, it took weeks, and still wasn't fixed. KS fixed it in less than 1 hour...
