Regarding xLabor.com Terms...
 

A few people have been complaining about our terms: http://www.xlabor.com/terms.php

The reason we request that you retain the small link to WordPress in your footer is because the WordPress software you are using is 100% free. We would also like you to retain the small link to xLabor because the service and support we happily give to all of our clients, comes with no additional fee or charges whatsover.

Don't get me wrong, when you buy a theme you are free to do whatever you want with it. However, I do think you should at least give some credit to WordPress.
