I think most people believe she should be some sort of super-baby. Far superior to that of normal people, being the spawn of two of the most attractive and desirable people on the planet.

She seems all used up with all these kids.

I don't think that Howard Stern pic is the same baby. It doesn't look like a week old baby, looks more like a month old baby; the pic posted above looks like a newborn.
