Btw, if anyone needs help converting mpg movies into .movs with popups, I can provide batch conversion service, with 500 movies minimum. :winkwink:

converting mpg's into mov's with popups is a cakewalk.....if someone cant do it they dont need to be in webdesign

it is more cost effective to go with p2pads.com the time spent on getting servers, uploading movies, making movies ,etc is just not worth it, they have a system that works, go with them

Has anyone had success with giFT on large scale? It did decent for me, but nothing amazing. I don't think it's geared towards mass sharing, unless there's some settings that I've missed out on?

I hate to be the noob here but kind of a dumb question, is the P2P crowd the type of people who buy porn? Wouldnt these efforts bear more fruit on some other type of marketing?

giFT is the platform to use.. you will need to have a sharp C programmer to hack it up in order to connect to multiple number of supernodes.

you probably didn't have much success, because your server was only connectig to one supernode like it was a single p2p client.

it can seed a p2p network, given that you have enough bandwidth and servers.

and that's all i have to say about that.
