How to make a refund in paypal?

Effective 5/15/02, the refund link will be available for the first 14 days (increased from 5 days) after a payment is sent. Members can access the link on the payment's Transaction Details page.


I cannot find that payements Transaction details page...or I am just blind and cannot find the links :(

Click on the transaction number I believe.... it brings you to the transaction info page and there is a link near the bottom that says "refund".... I think you can only do this for ten days after. I know this because I get members who must purchase two memberships by mistake, and well the right thing to do is refund one. Right? hehe

Yes it's the refund link at the bottom of the order details page. It worked for us.

Had some clown buy sets and not sign the license, tell us who he was or where his site was. We cancelled the order and he complained!!
