Nopes, didn't see a cent. They owed us $5000. I took the consequence of it all and requested a refund to every single user they ever processed - did this today... they fucking overcharged our clients by $2. Amazing. I never want to hear another fucking word from those creeps.

IBILL AND ETELERAPE are the worst scammers today in adult billing.

My thread on etelegate from yesterday. Fuckers have billed over 7k in transactions, WITHOUT my permission. In talking to Ibill Rep about it, he tells me that Etelegate is about to lose thier visa mastercard, and to try using Verotel. HIS WORDS!

Pretty bad when Even Ibill is telling former clients to stay away from Etelegate....

Oh, another thing... according to my ibill "rep" They had the right to transfer any exsiting accounts to etelegate, due to the original contract we had with them... BUT could not transfer any of our Banking info to actually get paid cause that would be illegal.

I told him, that I though billing customers for access to a site that you can not even provide membership for sounded a little illegal to me. No responce to that....

Sheesh... that is one foul financial statement.

Of casual and amusement interest - what idiot thought up the "investment" of "original cel art pieces produced by Filmation" for $6.8 mill and described that as a "strategic investment"? Wonder who was the middle-man in that deal.

Current (least claimed) assets of $6.5 mill and current libilities of $33.4 mill. That cel art gets to be a bit relevant on the asset side after a claimed investment in a sinking PMG of $22.2 mill.

Is there a date set for the fraud trial yet? :winkwink:
