This bitch emails me about modeling for us, sending one sad picture and a link to an extremely cheesy website she put together on which links didn't even work!

I reply to her asking if she can model with:
We may be interested in working with you.

What is your age and do you have more shots we can examine before making arrangements?

Also, understand that when working for us....signing a contract is required. The contract states that you can not work on any other paysite while having one for us. All modeling jobs must be checked with us first pripor to engaging in them. If you are ok with this, we can proceed.

She replies with this:
Absurd. I have My own paysite. What are you suggesting I do abandon My
site on the strength of what ? One email from you ? Hahahahaha !!!

In order to incarcerate Me into your institute you would be need to be
able to provide Me with a lot of work. I see nothing. Just this nonsense
about not working for anyone else.

So far I have responded to approximately 30 agents who have responded to
My ad overnight only placed it yesterday. With another approximate 40
emails still unopened. From the 30 agents that have sent Me emails exactly
.... 0 .... Zero .... have commenced talking about "you cannot work for
anyone else" you have provided Me with exactly ZERO information of what
you think you might be able to offer Me before stating that I need to lock
Myself up with you.

I think your policy at this infantile preliminary stage is isolating
yourselves. Naturally with so many responses one can afford to trash a
couple. A guy comes in here shooting that you will work for us and nobody
else before he has made any kind of details available as to what that
female can expect.

I would have to say at this stage with so many agents not requiring any of
this. Confirmed Not interested. you Appear like trouble to Me. As if any
female is going to abandon her own private website one that I built Myself
with My own bare hands on the strength of a hot email charlie sending her
an email stating "you only work for us" when there has been no kind of
offer made or details of what a female might expect in return for such
loyalty.

Your email shows exactly the kind of person we are NOT looking to hire. You are unprofessional and far from curteous. We make the offers we do because we are able to deliver. Each of our sites carries upwards of 80thousand uniques daily. We are quite sure your paysite doesn't. Because we pay a weekly salary, and create a paysite for the model, it is only fair that we require her NOT to have multiple paysites. Maybe you don't know how this works, but before you go embarassing yourself the way you have through this email, you should learn how to carry yourself better.

The fact is that we work with hundreds of affiliates and webmasters. The fact is EVERYONE requires headshots....and all the big names who create solo model sites requires the model work only for them. We didn't make you sign anything until further details were discussed, obviously. I simply made you aware that there WILL be a contract once negotiations are complete. You were quick to jump on the offensive.

You may have a valid point with the request for exclusivity right out of the gate however if I were a model answering an ad and someone came back with "Look we only work with exclusive models" or something to that effect I'd assume one of two things:

a. They were being polite in their refusal and banking on me not wanting to do exclusive

b. Only interested in exclusive models.

I am also going to go out on a limb and say that her initial contact warranted a polite "look we only deal in exclusive deals" in hopes that the crazy chick that could barely form a sentence (much less correct the spelling of another) would go away.... :2 cents:

Yes there's no denying she's nuts. However you've got to admit the tone of your second email to her ignited the frenzy. After her first email I'd have decided there's nothing to be gained by even responding. I might have left it with just the first sentence "Thank you for your time and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors." and hoped never to hear from her again.With the content of her first email it's pretty obvious she very easily offended and definitely not the type to get involved with. Based on her first response her second response to your comments should have been expected.
