Anybody want to buy my HUGE house in Las Vegas?
 

I'm selling my house and Vegas and I figured I might get a bite here since most of you are there at least a few times a year.

The house is a HUGE 3,800 sqft. and 5+4. It's got all the upgrades you want (i.e., granite counters, 18" tilted tiles, cherry mahogany cabinets throughout, berber carpeting, spiral staircase, huge game room, 3 car garage, stainless steel appliances, huge master bedroom, etc. too many to list here... 70K in upgrades).

Sounds like a decent deal. Which part of town / lot size?

It's in North Las Vegas in the Aliante master plan community, which is one of the most exclusive communities in Vegas. The lot size is 6,600 sqft I believe.

Also, if you don't use a real estate agent, I'd be happy to split the 15K savings with you.

It sounds like it will sell pretty fast once you list it. Aliante is supposed to be a pretty nice community, especially since the 215 is out there now.

Personally, I can't live anywhere with a homeowner's association. They drive me bat shit.

This thread is nothing more than I've got a 500k house and I want everyone to know it. Pics or not, doesn't matter.

I haven't seen the pics so I can't say it's a good deal but It's very cool that you thought to sell it here first. There's so many webmasters in Vegas, or that want to be in Vegas, someone should spring for it.

Its North Vegas... there is a reason you can get allot of home in north town for less then other areas.

Best areas are Summerlin and NW vegas, Southern Highlands is ok, not far from the strip. My last house was in Southern Highlands and before that Summerlin.

I see you have block windows in the bathroom, I did the same thing to my house in Summmerlin, god I hated them, that window lets in heat like there was nothing there.
