Anyone here feel charitable and wanna gimme some help?

Im trying to get the dictionary.com word of the day to display on www.accordingtochris.com in the top left hand box where the definition to "journal" is. Anyone care to help/explain it to an RSS Newb????

i dont know how to get it to display. is it a splice of code that i include, is it something that i merely link to??? If you konw a good tutorial id appreciate it... i cannot find a single one....
