Ban User From A Thread

Summary:

Allows Administrators/Supermods to ban a user from a particular thread.
Most useful if you have a post/contest whore and you dont want to lock the entire thread or ban the user entirely; just keep them out of the thread.

Features:

1. Allow Banning of users from a particular thread.
2. Can only ban if person has SuperModerator or Higher Permissions.
3. Cannot ban Mods/Supermods/Admins.
4. Can clear all bans in a particular thread, or bans from All threads.
5. Can ban/unban user from a single menu by just clicking their name.

What would be really great would be if the thread starter could do the bannings too. I know, I'm just busting your chops and you'll probably ban me for saying that, just saying that would be really cool so people don't message you all the time.

i haven't seen a contest without the limit of maximum allowed posts for a while, so this option won't be very useful for the contests.

How about a "super-ignore" feature that would NOT display any threads started by a particular loser....er .. user.

There are a few that NEVER have anything to contribute other than SPAM or a high number of consistently moronic posts.
