Help... Cant get this damn song out of my head...
 

heard this song a lot of times, most recently on Friday under the weather forecast on Fox & Friends...
threw together a small mp3 playing what I can remember from the melody here:

instead of the string noise, try to imagine some guy just going ooooooh to that melody..

anyone know what it is before i completely lose my mind?
