From here on, not only do we notify 90% of tgp owners about the list but we will also email all our clients once a month with the same list to make sure everyone working in and around TGP's knows who these guys are.

There are two types of cheaters. The ones who go around using stolen credit card numbers that they collected form there paysite members and other online "stores" (surprised?). This is the reason we require scans now, yes.

The other cheaters are the redirectors/404/virus guys. These guys will not use CC because they don't want to use their real names, so they use Epassporte.

Update: Our new software (ready soon) will allow anyone to dump our cheater list in any format they choose, be it IPs, Emails, User name, Real name and domains. You will also be able to choose the date that they were added.
