Vietname credit card fraud
 

We do get a lots of credit card fraud from Vietnam, was amazed to see how many credit cards these guys have...
we tried to blocke the IP from Vietnam, but they use stolen cc # to signup via anonymous proxy...

It seems the third billers can't handle fraud base on proxy singup...
that really suck... is there a way to solve this problem???

Vietnam took over where russia left off, I get lots of Vietnam orders but they never are valid so if yours are getting thru, I'd seek consulting on how to use your fraud filter settings with your processor.
