Editing .WMV files for movie galleries - what programs are you using?
 

What would you suggest using to cut up .wmv files into smaller clips? I need to be able to edit specific starts and end points based on different parts of the clip.

I also need to be able to generate the best quality thumbs I possibly can for a screencap... what whould I be using?

Easy video splitter is good, but the AVI/MPEG/RM/WMV Splitter from http://www.boilsoft.com/ is even better :)
