4) He goes down to western union and pays me...
5) He goes back to payphone and calls my 800#
6) I verify i have the recd the money
7) I give him a customer service 800# and a secret code word
8) He calls the number gives cr rep secret code word
9) Rep joins the site for him while hes on line
10) Rep gives surfer login/pass

This wont work for the same reason using checks and money orders wont work: people wont deal with methods that dont allow them instant gratification. They need to wack off now, not 2 hours from now.
