Drinking and speaking a new language
 

Anyone had any problems with that?
For example.. this weekend a bunch of us from the office were up at the beach. Needless to say CRAPLOADS of drinking & partyin involved.

So there we all are dancing away and totally wrecked.. Im holding this girls purse for her and she started to leave so I call her "Beatriz" now for me this is pronounced.. "Bee-triz" but she heard "bitches" so now I have a bunch of gals I worked with (and Im still the n00b here) uber pissed and all cussin my ass out in good old espangol (so ontop I dunno what names they are calling me) lol:1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

finally was able to get a word in and settle everything.. but daaaaaaammmnnn. So now I say her name like in French "beatrice" & she luvs me again.. :pimp but damn I gotta learn some more spanish fast.. well or stop drinkin.. but I dont think thats happenin

My spanish rocks when I'm drinking, I have hour long conversations with people that I don't remember later...

I was doing fine till she thought I called her & the other girls beetches.. lol
