since You do not answer my ICQ messages, I politely ask You to send me a refund that we agreed on almost two months ago.
I don't feel too good that i have to bring it to the board, but since you ignore my messages that i send several times a week (while your ICQ is apparently working for other people), I kindly ask You to send me what You owe.

You do know my epass account ID. And the money is still not there.

what did you buy? i have bought advertising on gregpix lots of times, boneprone has, and many other big tgp people have, literotica has been advertising on gregpix for years.

yep, that was advertising on gregpix. I paid for one month and decided to ask for a refund after 2 weeks.

No need to discuss why i did this, but the matter is that Greg has agreed to pay me back and since then i can't get my money back.

I think we'd need more info on the matter, otherwise your claim is not credible.

The problem with your plan is that greg doesn't post here. In fact I can't recall the last time I saw a post of his.

Second, I too have bought a lot of traffic off greg in the past, and have referred many a webmaster to him, not one of whom has ever emailed me back to complain.

I'm not sure why anyone would want a refund, his price is right and his traffic is good. If he's ignoring you I'm sure he has a reason, can't see it being the case that he's "trying to rip you off" as you'd have everyone believe.

CDSmith, i seriously can't comprehend what other reason he might have. After agreeing on a refund he promised me to send me money two times, each time missing the deadline. I have always been very patient and polite to him. Finally, he stopped answering my messages at all. I don't see any other reason than his unwillingness to stick to his own word.

While Fris and I rarely see eye-to-eye on much, this is the exception to the rule . . . although I may word it differently.

If you were unsatisfied with the results, you should change your campaign (ie: banner/landing page), but expecting a refund is inane.

after i realized he's not going to send me money, i sent him a couple messages saying i am ready to accept his traffic at a different place than we initially agreed.

there has been NO reply to these messages.

That's two people who have written that gregpix shouldn't be giving a refund. But what has that got to do with the price of eggs? Unless the poster is blowing smoke, he was promised a refund. End of story.

Instead of debating whether Greg should have said what it is alleged he said, wouldn't it make more sense for someone who thinks he is a good guy to give him a heads up. That way he can either show Meorazhar up as a fake or else deal with something he presumably overlooked in error.

Some of the first traffic that I ever bought back in the day was from gregpix and it was through a refferal link on one of CDsmiths sites...I had no complaints.

Gregpix is a scam. I bought a monthly text link there and was promised between 500-2000 hits/day. Instead I received 15 hits/day. Gregpix no longer has any traffic - another old schooler trying to bank on his success of years ago. BTW the text link was $150 - I don't care how good his little traffic is; it isn't worth 30 cents/click.

This is exactly my situation. The reason that i ever asked for a refund was that Greg had failed to deliver what he had promised. :(

their is no gurantee when buying textlinks, just cause someone has a big site, doesnt mean the surfer is going to click on a link, anyone with some brain would know that. when buying traffic its all trial and error, do traffic brokers guarntee sales? no of course not.

No response yet? Greg seemed to be a very nice guy when I last talked with him on ICQ.

Fris, my trial and error way showed me that i was getting 8 times less traffic from gregpix than the minumum amount i was promised. I paid for 2 text links, each of them was supposed to send me 500-2000 hits a day. Well, i was getting about 125 clicks daily from both links.

Even if we divide the minimum of what i was promised (1k a day) by 125, this gives us 8 times difference. 4k divided by 125 gives us 32x difference.

This is a fucking business, and I expect to get what i paid for. Don't You Fris? How much longer should i have waited to know i'm not getting my traffic? How do you like paying for something and then getting 8 times less than you should have?

This is my money and of course i understood the risk when buying links, but how could I expect that such a reputable man as Greg will start playing games with me?

Besides that, i had another good reason to cancel the campaign after 2 weeks, which i don't want to discuss now.

But again and again, for those of You who speculate on whether i had a right to demand a refund or not. The only important thing is that Greg had agreed to send me my money for remaining 2 weeks back. Period.

I agree to an extent - but if this guy is to be believed then he is getting about 10% of the traffic that was estimated by Greg. 75% or even 50% and I would say ok - its in the margin of error, but 10%? No way.

It also seems to be backed up by another client. Greg needs to say either the guys a liar, that there is another reason the guys links got really bad click throughs - or issue the refund.
