Problem Displaying WMVs
 

whenever i try to display a WMV file, i always get just this big mesh of primary colours. I can just about make out that there is an image there but it just doesnt display.

my PC is a high spec (250gb hd, P4 3.0 ghz) and its only 1 yr old. anyone know what causes this wmv problem?

That's the default image in WMP i believe. I had the same problem about a month ago. I downloaded the latest version of WMP and it solved the problem.
