Is there a bigger top list than Sexy Models? Do you exchange visitors with top lists?

I was about to post on this. How the hell did this guy manage to exchange links with large TGP's?
He has no galleries or content on his page.

No daily update or anything, just checking stats. I bet they spend 10 minutes a day checking over the site and make decent money.
