Good area in Phonix to raise a family
 

OK, it looks like I am moving back to AZ as wife is going to start working at the hospital in down town, its around 7th and HWY 10. What area of Phonix should I look for a house, willing to pay around 4K to 5K a month or buy it for around 1M+

Depends what you are into really. There are some really cool old style houses there in that price range, in the 7th and I-10 area. Lots of style, cool neighborhood and will always be worth money. If you want a newer house, cookie cutter, then you can look anywhere, they are all over these days. 1M will get you a pretty nice house too.

Wife is going to work in that area, but we dont have to be their. I rather drive 20 - 30 min if I can get a good house in a gated community

Yah, those are everywhere. Like everywhere. You will have no problem finding a place, sorry I can't say which one to go to exactly, but pull up MLS and you will find a ton I think.
