I usually always hit "preview" and check my posts before submitting anyway, so I don't even notice the 60 second thing.

anything that requires a dialogue, I usually mull over for a while.

'would you hit it' type threads I usually don't require more than one post on.

I guess it's just the way I post, it probably wouldn't affect me if it were twice as long.
