ok.. question for the people that quit smoking
 
havent smoked for about a week now but im coughing and my throat is swollen.. something never endured during my smoking days.. is this normal
or should i light one up?

you'll feel fine in a week or so. just takes a little while for your body to re-adjust to not smoking.

yeah its normal, its your lungs trying to clear themselvs still

its gone for me now, and i dont even feel like smoking :)

Dont forget to drink extra water! You need it when you quit smoking.
