so what's the problem, light one up
it's your lungs after all, not mine ;) quiting was the best thing I've done for myself in the past 10 years !!!!! |
Im sure it your body trying to get rid of all the toxins. Let it go, your body is trying to heal itsself.
you'll feel fine in a week or so. just takes a little while for your body to re-adjust to not smoking.
Why would you light a cigarrette?? Wait and you'll feel much much better soon :D!... I've quitted a little more than a year ago!
yeah its normal, its your lungs trying to clear themselvs still
its gone for me now, and i dont even feel like smoking :) |
That is the little hairs in your throat coming back to life and doing their jobs
stay with it.........you fell feel so much better soon!
I need to quit...
Re-adjustment period for your body is pretty normal
Dont forget to drink extra water! You need it when you quit smoking.
