Is there any difference between MSN PPC and overture PPC?
 

I want to advertise on msn's SE PPC
so I can signup right on their site (https://adcenter.msn.com/Signup.aspx)

But If I sign up with overture, I also get MSN advertising.

Is there any diferance where I sign up?
