Url identifier question
 

Can someone help me with a script to place on my site that allows me to add an identifier to the end of my urls. I've been told it's something like .html?=kanoodle or other PPC search engines which follows the surfer through the site and shows the page the surfer ultimately clicks the join link from.

'?' will work.
