Im on a Bone Marrow donor list here, but I dont think they have my upto date address - I will have to contact them.

i would probably gave my kidney to a stranger because your helping them get better at least, but i rather give my kidney to my bf lol...

That is a point - what if you gave a Kidney to stranger and then someone you love needs one?

I have a big family, I would not give it up incase they need it, But I will donate when I die if there is anything usefull left they can have it to help somebody out.
