I've found the best way of getting the most out of a model is simply keep the photoshoot easy-going and fun. Don't get too serious, but keep it entertaining and interesting. I chat with the models constantly between photos and setups...tell a few spontaneous jokes or stories, whatever.

Really good thing but there some stuff which works good for all. Great positive camera man and also talk before the shoot explaining that model come to perfom here and that she needs to be true and sexy. Yes need to find personal approach to each model.
