you have a rescue disk?
put the old card back in and boot up
Reboot your computer and push f8, windows will show options, choose load in safe mode and when computer loads in safemode, go to control.exe and reload driver for monitor from original disk, also you can use left mouse and click on my computer icon and hit refresh from inside options to refresh drivers and then reboot and you should be good to go.
