Processing for hardcore watersports?
 

Hi,

I have a ton of watersports related content (more extreme than girls just peeing)... CCBill will no longer process for such sites, so I have content I have paid for just sitting here...

I am looking for a processor willing to handle this stuff, hopefully it should not be too much of a problem for european processors (my companies are located within the european region)..

VXS is an option, but would rather go for third party than use my own merchant accounts... I am not sure if Verotel will handle hardcore watersports...

Any info is very welcome :)

I doubt I will give up.. if worst comes to worst, I will use it on phone billing sites... It would be a real shame tho... I don't think my license agreements would allow me to transfer the content anyway :(

Have you asked Verotel?

I have asked them about piss content in the past, and was given a vague answer... I know they dont have a problem with movies of people pissing... but can't get a straight answer when it comes to person-to-person stuff.

I think an EU merchant account will be the only option here. Try VXS, probably your best bet as they're in the Netherlands. You might get trouble with Mastercard even in the EU since their regulations are a tad tighter. Good luck.

Yeah, I am aware of them.. Planning to use them even if I do find card processing... they process all kinds of shit (good for them, I say if it's legal - do it!).

I think I read something about them having problems with extreme holly's piss scenes... I am not 100% on that, but I know for a fact they have not touched certain niches since day one as part of their company policy (which makes me question why the would process fake beast sites for some quite large programs... sexual ethics besides, surely it leads to chargebacks).

If paycom/epoch would be willing to process extreme watersports, I would be happy to have them as my processor (being able to use nats is a big bonus)... Does anyone know of any such sites processing through paycom?

I don't think you have a chance for that here stateside. Ron was just on here the other day stating that basically their hands are being tied tighter and tighter by Visa. One thought is that if people really want the uber-extreme content they will do something like phone billing. If I were you I would go the vxs route. You will get killed with fees but will be able to process.

I believe obscenity laws make it rather risky to process watersports and mildly violent content in the US. I wouldn't risk it.

Yep... that is my thinking also... the problem is that vxs need us to be pushing through a massive amount of joins before they will even consider us... and I am not interested in getting involved with violent or beast stuff, so it won't be easy...

What I have going at bizarredollars is great, and CCBill is perfect for my needs... what I am looking for is billing for a side line just because I have the content... I think phone billing will be the way to go...

I am based in England with several companies across europe, so american rules sometimes piss me off... we are much more liberal around here... the land of the free seems to meen fuck all.

I took them for a friend... don't believe what the box's say - I upgraded them both to 2gb ram as soon as I got them (to process movies).

They need 50$k/month in processing if i recall plus some cash down
