Was gonna put up some more galleries etc., but will the next company pay? Will the sites be rolled into another program? There goes the branding? What type of snap decisions will the new owners make?

Actually an empolyee buy out could make sense? I obviously don't know the details or have seen the books so not an informed opinion. Maybe a deal could be found. Handull of employees get together, sure you could raise a million $ with property etc.

If you're and insider you'd have a feel for the value and the problems if any?

Jim, I don't know what you make or what you have in the bank. But it you want it bad enough, you prolly could find a mil or make a deal? Mortgage the house, take on a minority partner or two.

On a good day I could MAYBE leverage 3/4.

Start talking to Trey. Say half mil now and will pay you X% of gross till paid. Have a written biz plan in hand. Sure you're smart enough to think of this shit on your own. Gotta believe, If you can see half to 3/4 now, there is a way to get there.
