I need some printer recomendations! What do you use?
 

My Epson C64 just went out today and I need to get a new printer. Must be full color, and use inexpensive cartridges. What do you guys use. I love Epson, but I'm open for suggestions. I was thinking of getting the Epson Stylus Photo 1280, anyone use this printer?

If you like to buy ink cartridges may I suggest that you get a printer with as many different ink cartridge colors as possible. Do not fall for that one black and one for color bull shit.

The more all in one bs also the better, saves desk space.

Lastly reverse buy. Go look at ink cartridge prices and find the cheapest and see what model printer it goes for, then look for that printer.

My C64 had four color cartridges and they were pretty cheap, $12 for color and $24 for black. Not a big fan of the all in one printers. I don't need a fax machine, scanner, or copier.

Often the copier is worth it. Fuck I only use mine now adays to send in the damn rebate forms I get from everywhere.
