Is there a way to be whitelisted at Spam Arrest?
We are having trouble getting our customer service emails to our members because of Spam Arrest. Like when a customer asks for their user/pass, or their subscription number, our system mails it to them automatically, but then Spam Arrest blocks it.
Then we get a bitchy member complaining that we aren't responding to them. Does anyone know if there is a way for Spam Arrest to let those emails through automatically? Since they block every email automatically, they are interfering with our ability to conduct honest business on the net, and costing us extra to have a person handle those emails manually. Any suggestions? |
we have the same issues with it. waiting for an answer too.

If it is a big problem or potential chargeback issue, I would invest in some sort of live java support.... Many non adult companies offer live support via these chat applications.
This email blockage issue is becoming a major problem thought for sure..... |
e-mail someone at spam arrest, they have good customer support, at least they have answered all my questions

We have that same problem when sending out our affiliate newsletter. I get a ton of them and end up maxing out the number of emails to verify

I don't know much about spamarrest but there's gotta be a way for the user to whitelist specific email addresses outright (or) after it has been added to the blacklist.
If SpamArrest doesn't offer this as an option, that's a pretty weak system they've got going on there. |
