WTF is up with all these Realtor, those muthafuckers will lie, LIE, LIE, and LIE AGAIN! I know ' hate ' is a strong word but HATE those fuckers! 90% of those ppl will lie and probably sell their own mom for commission, fucking ludicris. Anyone know any HONEST realtor from the Los Angeles area?

When I was getting my Real Estate License, during the class they showed us a poll that listed Real Estate Agents right above Lawyers and Used Car Salesmen in terms of how people feel about trusting them. So they dedicated a class to ethics and an attempt to help the overall image.

So as a whole I think they are looked down upon as an industry.

Which is why you check, double check and recheck again everything your RE agent tells you. We have a lot of good ones around here because it's a small town and once someone gets screwed, the RE agent could easily be run out of town (probably literally).
