it gets on average 600 visits a day
but only gets about 2 or 3 sign ups (FREE)
and has a picture upload of 1 in 3

its free to use and join up but still has a low sign up rate
theres a chat room, forum and gallery thats hardly ever used

Also a toplist for adults sites

I personally think the site is missing something, but I cannot put my finger on what it is

For Starter, I would change the logo so it stands out from the background!:2 cents: :2 cents:

Fix the logo
Fix the girl - easy to touch up
Throw away the script font - use html or something that is easy to read
You have FAR to much text - get rid of 70%

Totally agree, make a breif statement, and show more features on the splash page. First time viewers dont want to go clicking for shit. Hope that helps :thumbsup
