You should be happy if you can buy a text link for that much, I highly doubt you can get the entire domain for that little.

even for PR1 PR2 sites?

I have dozens of domains like that with low PR. none of them get any significant SE traffic.

I have a hard time believing that anyone would expect more than the registration fees for them, though I am not famliar with the market either.

Well, I probably would not bother even trying to sell text links on a PR1 or 2 site, but if it has PR I would say it is worth more than $30 :2 cents:
