Depends on what you mean by pain.

Acid stomach oddly enough can be fixed with a dose of vinegar or if you do not like vinegar a spoon of baking soda mixed into some water. Hint do not do both.

Upset stomach either ginger ale or if your like me just a self enduced vomit and you feel better.

and the list can go on, depending on symptoms.

I get stomach problems a lot and have been using marijuana to cure the problems. Works like a charm, but can get ya a few years in the big house...
