That was a complete guess. He said "It is medical-procedure related" so I assumed it meant plastic surgery. Most plastic surgery is common. Boob jobs, lips injections, Bo tox. My other guess would have been penis enlargment surgery but his question seemed to imply both men and women since he didn't specifiically say either one. What else would both men and women get?
