Pfff, hard decissions: New house, more space in quiet city, or smaller in a big city
Tough decission :disgust Still not sure what todo. Bigger house, with some nice garden/area. Or smaller house, with small garden in a busy place, with more action/parties etc...
|
it depends on how old are you, what would you like to do more often...
party or nice garden :) I prefer downtown,but I'm young. |
Big house just outside a big city. best of both worlds
|
Come move over to Thailand, more parties, sea, whores and smiles all around you :)

Nothing like living right downtown in a big city :thumbsup
Does depend how old you are and if you have a family or not... |
Take into account how much will you drive into the city, and how is the connection in that area. What are the neighbors like etc.

Go big, go out..
Even when your young.. You can enjoy it later :) |
if your are younger I would go for small place near the big city, if you are older have family / etc and want to settle down, get a quiet big place away from the city...
|
big house just outside the city. You can always travel into the city but still have that nice big house / yard.

well i believe it would have to be the way you grew up. if yougrew up in the city, 99% of the time your a city folk and want to stay in the city. so i guess that means small house for you. or unless you like a bigger house where its quiet, you might miss the noise and business of the world. but im sure you would be miles from a walmart. :1orglaugh up to you bro :thumbsup
|
buy both, live in the smaller in the city and rent the bigger one out and after you settle down and start a family, you will move to the bigger one outside the city
not sure if its doable though and ppl actually rent houses in NL |
Many people RENT here. However, A nice house is close to 300.000 euro here. And I don't have money to buy two houses of 300.000 :)

Nothing beats living in the middle of it all when you are single. If you have a wife and or kids things change... although I think I would stay the same until the kid gets to be school age. |
Land and big house outside the city.... someday I will be there

Big Cities are like great big particle accelerators, the best and brightest gravitate towards them. And they have the best of the best of everything- Girls, food, entertainment, etc. The only downside for me, is that I have some family here.. Most of my friends(finishing UNI etc) are all out of here the moment they have the chance. Having said that, when its time to settle down, I want a place on the ocean just outside the city- private jetty, big backyard, clean air etc. |
