You will prob tell me that you have all had it for years now - but I just found it.

In Cpanel WHM go to add-ons and select CPanel Pro

You need to activate a license but its free and painless - free for a limited time I think.

Then you have an option in CPanel to use 'Anti-Leech' function. Its pretty good - its not going to work for adult.com or anything like that - but for a basic setup it works well.

CPanel Pro adds a few other bits as well - but nothing worth using IMHO
