Florida, just because it our home state.

Florida doesn't have a personal income tax and our company is an S-Corp so all the profits pass through to the shareholders directly and we pay federal income tax.

We're incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We started in '99 as a proprietorship, and incorporated a few years later primarily since I wanted to separate my personal income from that of the company (under a proprietorship both are considered one). There are also more tax write-offs under a corporation.
