My boat was in storage for the winter and I went to pick it up today - it was burried bahind all these bigger ones - grrrrr

they said they can't get it till fri - but cause of the wait gave me a free cleaning :thumbsup

here's my dock spot it's $750 a season here - personally I think that's pricy but I love having my boat 1/6 of a mile from my house

My grandmother was born in Canada, and I guess there was a lot of land that got distributed among our family..my mom could have had twenty acres, but she would have had to move up there (Mascouche sp?) so she turned it down. I could SO kick her ass for that, but hey, she gave me life, so I guess I can't say much about it, lol.

Florida has some beautiful features, don't get me wrong. But I'm so tired of the crammed road in the winter, the humidity, the hurricanes. As soon as my mom retires and can travel like she wants, I am moving out of here. I just wish I had acreage in Canada to move to, lol.

I prefer my area. Have two lakes one 3 miles away, one 5 miles away, but we dont have penquins and igloos here in the winter, maybe 1 or two snow falls all winter thats it. :winkwink:
