One of you ladies should sue Myspace for sexual discrimination

They allow guys to post topless photos but not women. That's a sexist viewpoint that says male topless nudity is fine but female topless nudity is inappropriate and dirty. This country is so ass backwards when it comes to nudity...why didn't the womens rights movement address this more? Guys can go around topless anywhere they want in public and women can't. It's religious stupidity and no one should stand for it.

Rictor 05-30-2006 12:38 PM

Worst case scenario, Myspace bans topless male photos instead of allowing topless female photos. I wouldn't cry over that happening...heh.

s2kcord 05-30-2006 12:40 PM

I think only guys care about that women could careless.

Elli 05-30-2006 12:44 PM

Hey, LiveJournal removed an avatar that was of a woman breastfeeding. Sites do get to set their own rules, just as brick and mortar stores do. (No shirt, no shoes, no service).

Women in Ontario Canada can go topless anywhere a man can. Some of the other provinces allow it as well.

Because Women's Rights Movements think that women being naked is shameful to women! IMO they are an embarrassment to women. The 60's are over take the flower out of your hair and the joint out of your mouth and open your BRAIN. Women who show their bodies are not whores. They can have just as much fun with sex as men. But like I said the Women's Rights Movement thinks porn degrades women because there is no way the woman is there on her own free will and is enjoying herself, only men can enjoy themselves when it comes to sex. They make me sick! :throwup

Maybe if there wasn't so many sicko's trying to pick up on 15 and 16 year old girls on that site, they would be able to let the older women with kick ass bods show their titties. There are a lot of hot woman on there that I would love to see topless. hehe But if you let one set of women you know the younger girls would do it and then their would be a problem. :Oh crap

sad but true

Just look at the thousands of cock pics that they let go on MS, but I posted a pic that, while it was nude, absolutely nothing was showing..and it got deleted. Now, I bet if a thin girl posted a pic in that pose, it would have been fine. I actually had an entire profile get deleted, and every pic in that profile was censored..I don't give away my bits for free, lol.

Here's a thumb of the offending photo; you can see that there is no nipple, no crack, nothing. You would see that much skin on a thin girl at the beach. Well, I'm bigger, so yeah, more physical skin, but you know what I mean, lol.

That same law is in place for parts of the U.S. We also have nude and topless beaches and parks around the country.

As for the person that said Myspace can make up their own rules, that's true, but what they can't do is make up one set of rules for men and a different set of rules for women. That's called discrimination and it's illegal in this country. They either have to ban all topless photos, male and female alike, or they have to allow all topless photos. If they say men can do something and women can't, they're breaking federal law.

The same is true of any city that arrests a woman for being topless in public. There have been several cases of this over the years, and if it gets to a high enough court, it will eventually be ruled that women have the right to be topless anywhere a man can be topless.

WWC-Pajio 05-30-2006 07:49 PM

....that's a good point!!! :D

Malicious Biz 05-30-2006 08:05 PM

someone should sue someone until myspace ceases to exsist:pimp

Doctor Dre 05-30-2006 08:07 PM

Yeah right ... it's the woman themselves that wouldnt wanna see half naked womans.

BusterBunny 05-30-2006 08:08 PM

they should just ban all photos...pics are overrated.....

And it will be stated that any toplessness is legal providing it is not a distraction and not presented in a sexual or lewd manner. Therefore it will still require heavy moderation and myspace would be better off banning toplessness altogether.

The naked body, both male and female is unholy, sex for pleasure is unholy, it's all in the bible.
