much better then i thought originally..ive been winging it and paying each month myself...and have been overpaying in my estimate...so it paid off and i owe very little

the guy who did it first missed about half the property size...if i hadnt reviewed his work..i would have missed it


our lot is 65 ft at the back..and he calculated the whole lot size at 20 ft wide...our lot is shaped like a pie.

anyway..i think it will be good soon :)
