Ok HOW do I tweak icq so it connects again?
 

30 mins now and still disconnecting all the time, any other servers ports whatever? Im awaiting a very important message from a very nice girl :)

try the web version if you really need to be online...

Unless, install a newer version of ICQ (or just another version if you have the newest)...

Reinstall your network drivers...

first you can stop complaing about spam


and then you can run the DB admin...it worked for me

These messages indicate that the active ICQ session has temporarily used up the server resources allocated to it. Leaving ICQ idle for a few minutes should resolve this problem.
In case the message continues to pop up, please disconnect from ICQ and reconnect after a few minutes.

maybe try saving your history

and then deleting it?

just remove icq completly, including all folders left behind, then reinstall it, should work like magic!
