Script Needed
 

I am looking to purchase a script that can do the following:

Accept Incomming clicks
sort by geo location
log all incomming data associated with the ip
deliver to any number of pre determined urls
keep track of what url gets what traffic
with the ability to deliver a pre-determined amount of hits per url
and the ability to deliver traffic that fits only certain criteria(origin, etc.)

and as many other features as they can throw in that Ive forgot to mention.
