Child Porn Charges Against Max Hardcore Dropped

LOS ANGELES ? It was a banner day in the case of the People v. Max Hardcore, when Commissioner Joseph M. Biderman, who was hearing motions in Hardcore's case, granted attorney Jeffrey Douglas' Supplemental Motion to Dismiss Count 3 of the charges filed against Hardcore last spring, which dealt with allegations that the portrayals in Max Hardcore Extreme 4 constituted child pornography.

Go Max! Go free speech!

He's a stud for fighting instead of doing some bullshit plea bargain.

Check out this quote from Max:

"I think the whole thing is just misguided, considering the problems that we have in America with terrorism and with the, as I like to say, 'priests gone wild,'" Hardcore opined. "It seems that their efforts, the time spent on this is way out of proportion to any perceived criminal acts. I don't know why they would spend even five minutes on a piece of shit case like this when they've got priests and people in power, policemen ? the guy in San Bernardino, and then there was another one just recently, a prosecutor down in Orange County who tried to set up a meeting with an undercover agent who was portraying a 14-year-old girl ? that's some pretty serious stuff there, and our movies, as everybody else's, are clearly labeled for adults only and only adults are in it, and it's mystifying to me why any time would be spent on a piece of shit like this. I always have wondered about the priorities that the government has in terms of their laws and their attempts to regulate the morals of society. They ought to put a little more effort into regulating terrorist acts and doing background checks on priests before they go after material that's done by adults, targeted for adults."

Good for free speech now lets kick his ass for being such a dirtbag since you can not convict a guy for that. :( Max Hardcore is a piece of shit but I would hate to see ANYBODY convicted on bogus charges so good for him. :321GFY

Most DA's do have there priorities screwed up....

Nope don't get me wrong.... am not for drinking and driving..
But when you let drug'ies and drug dealers out of jail and keep the drunk driver's... something is big time wrong...
How often have you seen drunk's go out rob and kill to money for buy booze.... Not very often....

Ask yourself the same question about drug's...
I don't drink nor do drug's.....

I saw a Asst... DA's for Santa Clara County, CA say this on TV some years ago..... Never heard nor saw anything
of the Asst. DA again.....

And the reason they keep drunk drivers and let drug'ies and dealers out.....
MAD, they set in every court room of Judges for drunk driving trials.... and they are elected....

priorities are not screwed up..... they are FUCKED up...:2 cents:
