WTF is up with the latest statsremote update?
 

I'm seeing totals wayyyyy off the wall here, like $300 for ONE join for a sponsor who I KNOW is not that generous LOL. Anyone experiencing this too?

It also is not counting sales and rebills for some programs. Adult Platform is one that I recall.

I had a funny feeling this would be the case too, that's a major reason I posted this too. Thanks for piping up. :)

For 3 updates straight, Perfect Gonzo hasn't been connecting at all. Ever since they changed their design. The change was included in one of the updates, but not since.

Yeah I noticed this with other sponsors too. Sure, I could manually check all 150 sponsors in my SR, but why even pay for SR if I'm going to have to do that?

Problems with AFF stats as well

I bought the program right before the change. Worked fine. Now the update. Totals are not even close.:helpme

I got a reply. They asked for a screenshot of the program. And to send an error report.

Adult Platform now offers a new stats feature and we changed the routine for the last update, so that StatsRemote displays daily stats from now on. It looks like there's something wrong with the new routine though. This should be fixed with the next StatsRemote update.


Perfectgonzo works fine here and I heard from other people that it's working for them as well. What happens when you click on the account in StatsRemote? Are your stats opened in your browser or do you get an error or a login page?


Could you please try the following: Go to the 'This Month' tab, right click on the account and select 'Reset'. Then restart StatsRemote and check if you still have the same problem.


Did you try the things I sent you by email?
