my drink of choice since i'm 18 - i'll prefer that over Jägermeister anytime :thumbsup

jager is for bitches... fernet is the alpha and omega.

jager is good though, especially if its suuuper cold, but fernet is more elite. not sure why, but it just tastes better and isnt as played out.

i'll say it over and over again: Jägermeister over here is something old jobless alcoholics drink at shabby bars at the train station. it's still a mystery to me how it could become so popular in the US :1orglaugh

lol.. In Denmark Fernet-Branca is pretty much considered a hobo drink..

I drink that or Unterberg when my stomach is fucked up :)

I don't really know.. I don't go out as much as I used to. I think mixed drinks is the most popular here..

Personally I prefer Tequila, Gin and beer.

Nono... as a medicine that is. Yeah Morten, drinking Fernet is considered rather odd and hobo-ish here aswell.

man tequilla does not sound nice right now...

gin is good though and beer is always good...

lolol yes the same here. Actually I am yet to understand the hype - I guess the JM guys does a great marketing job in the US. We used to shot Jager as 14-15 year olds, and usually it was the first thing you got pissed on since it was so "tasty". I actually drank it so much, nowadays I cant sniff it without feeling my stomach getting ready to puke...

What does this Fernet taste like? Anice? I've never heard of it. But since you're comparing it to Jager I'm assuming it tastes like anice? I'm not sure if I'm spelling that right.

I've honestly never heard of Jager before GFY. I love yager bombs but every time I go out and ask for that, they always ask me. One out of two bars don't even have it.

As far as fernet, I have no idea what it is.

I'm old fashioned. I drink rhum and coke and sometimes jack n coke.

yes... i went to argentina to vist a master from here, jorge and when his buddies took me out to the clubs they said i HAD to get fernet and coke...
