Customer does not pay..What to do?
 

Guys!!! one of my customers did not pay. 1800$ balance and I am not happy.
What can i do? They stoped replying to my e-mails.

I never gave them lisence to use my content and sold them very hot non ecl stuff.

They actually stated site with it. And did not pay me. it is upseting. I met guy personally in Las Vegas and guy was good guy and promised me golden mines and they paid us 2 payments and then 50% from 3rd payment and balance 1800 was never paid.

So what to do?
I never gave them licence to use my content

So how can i stand for myslef?

have you called a Lawyer?

Sue is all you can do, legally.

Hire a collection agency and let them deal with it...why stress out?, it's not going to get your money any quicker.

Good idea. So you think that would work? He told me he is a noble guy and always stand for his word. And so I would hate to to that but it sucks when people lie.

So tell me what would happen to they NEW site ? People would trust them less?

What about sending their hosting company and them a C&D letter? If the content is unlicensed/copyrighted, they have violated the law.

Sue for non payment and if they are really assholes make sure everyone knows they dont pay their bills. I sure as hell dont want to work for someone that has a history of stiffing people.

name the site and webmaster here on GFY - it usually works. :thumbsup
