*SPAM* Win a Mini Cooper!

Alright folks... time to officially announce our newest promotion. It's the WIN A MINI contest!

http://www.sexplex.com/mini.jpg

Thats right... for every signup you send to a Porn Profit site in the month of June you will get an entry into the contest and there is no limit to the amount of entries you can get. So the more signups you send the better your chances. ( MORE INFO )

By the way... I did some checking and you are eligable for the car if you live within the U.S. or Canada. All others will be paid a monetary equivalent.

Sorry for the spam but I thought you guys might like to know about this.

[Labret] 05-23-2002 11:15 AM

Spam makes Jesus cry.

Can we sell the car?

Babaganoosh 05-23-2002 11:17 AM

Those cars are ugly as hell, yet I am strangely aroused by them. Very cool.

Not sure on this... I know if you buy one you have to sign a waiver stating that you will not sell it for a year. It took alot to get BMW to even allow us to give one away so allthough it may be possible I wouldn't count on it.

Jakke PNG 05-23-2002 11:37 AM

Is it Mini Cooper, or Mini Cooper S?
If it's not S it's not worth shit.

-=HOAX=- 05-23-2002 11:46 AM

Wrong

that mini cooper sports one of the most advanced suspension and drive train configurations around...The wheels are driven directly from the engine...

I don't know how the contest is set up but the owner will get to choose over 100 modifications and personalizations, from exterior color to Instrument panel layout...

That baby right there is a rollerskate with a fucking rocket engine...

I for one will be tossing Rick some traffic...I know him, and Tera personally and their program is solid!

You all will be hard pressed to snatch that piece of machinery from my white knuckle hands...

Touche' I say cause I'm in it to win it...

You bought the car or you are allowing someone to drive a lease car?

If you bought it you can do what you want to with it.

Tera 05-23-2002 12:29 PM

We are buying the car, not giving somebody a leased car.

wannabeapornstar 05-23-2002 12:38 PM

Sorry KimmyKim but your wrong on this one. BMW of Canada is making anyone who wants to buy one of these cars sign the waiver to keep the 'grey market' sellers from shipping them down to the U.S. . The practice of buying new cars and selling them into the U.S. has gotten pretty big up here as cars/trunks are priced lower; averaging 25% less. A good example of the price differences between the 2 countries is a Dodge Caravan, $9,000U.S. cheaper in Canada for the exact same cars. DaimleyChrysler AG just announced that they are going to stop honouring warranties on new cars bought in Canada and resold into the U.S. market

Kimmykim 05-23-2002 12:40 PM

That sort of thing might be enforceable in Canada but I don't think that here you can tell someone they have to keep a car for a year.

On another note, those are pretty cute cars, I looked at one about a month ago.

payrollpete 05-23-2002 12:40 PM

i can get a mini from many different car sales places, they are not back-ordered or anything

they are all over the city for sale

i don't know why you would have to ask bmw permission to give one away :)

payrollpete 05-23-2002 12:42 PM

ah canadian regulations, for the shit :)

fuck a mini then

who wants to die in 4 square foot car anyways LOL

KK... well here's the deal. They will not sell it to you unless you sign the waiver. This waiver is basically like any other contract. No matter what the law is the contract is enforcable no matter which country you are in because you signed it.

They just won't sell you the car if you won't sign the waiver; it doesn't affect U.S. purchased cars because they're more expensive. Another fucked up thing about this situation is that if you walked into a dealer up here and put down cash for the full sticker price of a car at a dealership they wouldn't sell it too you if you were from the states.

payrollpete 05-23-2002 12:46 PM

would you actually drive a mini though

i think i'd use it as a golf cart ;)

It's not a Canadian regulation; this is put in place by the automakers because they price their vehicles lower in Canada then the U.S. I have a friend who actually pays people money to purchase new trucks for him because he's on some list that the automakers have of people who resell the cars in the U.S. and they won't sell too him anymore.

dipshit moron retard 05-23-2002 12:50 PM

bah. booooooooo good old boy system boooooo

the already established webmasters who are banking and sending tons of signups a month are the ones most likely to win, those guys got enough money as it is. want to really promote? make sure some dumb newbie motherfucker gets it. who cares if someone already pulling in 20 grand a month or whatever gets yet another car, that's not really impressive. running contests this way just makes the little guy feel even more defeated :( *sheds tear* IF THATS POSSIBLE

SLITTING MY WRISTS NOW, BRB

payrollpete 05-23-2002 12:52 PM

everybody has a chance to win

just because people buy 100 lottery ticket numbers, dosen't mean they have a better chance to win

shit people who pick 6 or 7 numbers versus people who pick 100+ #'s usualy win :)

payrollpete 05-23-2002 12:53 PM

its all about luck

but,

a) how many webmasters could fit comfortably in a mini

i know myself, not that i am fat, would be uncomfortable in a mini
especialy when u r driving beside a 16 or 18 wheeler on the hiway real fast, and you go by the truck and the tires are 4 times the size of your car ;)

damn shoulda given away a navigator or escalade or something, i need one of those

DrGuile 05-23-2002 12:55 PM

They look like fun cars..

when is the contest starting?

Kimmykim 05-23-2002 01:10 PM

They seem alot bigger on the inside than they look from the outside. I had a peek at two different ones, one with the Brit flag on top and one without. Leather, dual sunroofs I think it was on one of them, lots of cupholders, etc. etc.

It's not an Expedition or a Navigator, but it looks like it would be fun to drive on the weekends. Or if I lived somewhere like San Fran, where the parking is a bitch and a half, I'd definitely look into getting one of them.

Rich J. 05-23-2002 01:19 PM

Contest starts June 1st. and goes untill June 30th. We pick the winner on July 5th.

One more thing... Everyone, even U.S. and Canadian webmasters have the option to take cash value for the car. If you win and you dont want the thing you'll get whatever its worth off the floor. Basically you stand to make more from it that way than if you were to take it and sell it yourself anyway. So either way its a win/win situation. I personally would take the car though because I have seen it and its badass. We'll have one in Montreal for everyone to check out so you can see first hand just how friggen cool it is.

Tera 05-23-2002 01:24 PM

Hey there Dr. Guile,

edited because we repeated ourselves.. sorry about that!

Its called a blacklist........ I used to do the same thing several years ago with Harleys, right up until the last dealer sold me one fully knowing why I bought it, then the Prick called the Canadian importer and had me black listed . had to put the last bike in the wifes name to get around it :Graucho
