I'm Getting Bashed Apart On The Rich Dad Message Board For Posting A Negative Review

It's pretty funny, all these guys think I work for 20/20 / ABC and am just trying to bash him for the sake of bringing down his name/brand.

just read some of the post. Lots of haters for you stating your opinion. I have 4-5 of his books and hope to get my fiance reading them once our house and wedding is all finished with. Hopefully we will move forward with some smart investments instead of just throwing the money into a saving account etc

That would be sort of like someone posting a negative review about realitycash here on GFY. The poster will always get flammed. It's automatic, like an unwritten rule.

Of coruse they are going to bash you. To accept the fact that they foolishly wasted hundreds if not thousands of dollars on his bullhsit books, videos and seminars would be devistating for them. Like telling a group of kindergarteners that Santa isn't real.

Ooops sorry, I thought you read my other thread. Long story short I went to a rich dad poor dad seminar in Toronto and found out that Robert Kiyosaki was a complete idiot and berated several people that were in the audience.

I went to a Rich Dad meeting like 2 years ago to check it out and I thought it was so dumb. There were 10 of us sitting there and no one was doing it. Everyone there was all "someday I want to", all dreamers.

I went to the second meeting and we played the Rich Dad board game, which costs $195 for someone to buy, lol.
After that meeting it was obvious no one had a clue what to do so I quit after that meeting.
Im glad I didnt spend any money and wasted only a few hours on Rich Dad.

There is now another thread on the forum by someone else who went to the same event in Toronto, also saying the same thing. I'm sure he'll get bashed too!

Except for the fact that I think it was only $25.00 for a cell phone fine (and yes, these fines were STRICTLY enforced, it was NO joke!!). All of a sudden Robert went into total drill sergeant mode!

- no standing up to go to the washroom or you have to walk up to the stage and give him $10
- no beverages or food in the seminar room (even though they supplied water IN the actual seminar room) or you will have to pay him $10
- if you come in late after a break you pay $10

They are most likely his 'entourage' there to keep the 'brand' looking good and in demand. I wouldn't be surprised if they remove your thread or posts :)

I will make more money in the future. Money is important to those things or people around us. However, the true wealth will be given to us from Jesus.
